- Is daily tarot really free?
- Yes — on every plan, including Free. You get one personal card per day with an AI reading through your natal chart, Human Design, and transits. Paid tiers add forecast depth and deep 3-card spreads for specific questions — not the daily card.
- What's the difference between daily card and spreads?
- The daily card is your quick ritual: one draw, one chart-aware message, every day. A 3-card spread is a deeper reading when you have a question — past/present/future or situation/action/outcome — with limits on Spark and Seeker, unlimited on Oracle.
- How is SoulMetric tarot different from other apps?
- Most tarot apps give generic card meanings or a sun-sign horoscope. SoulMetric interprets each card through your full birth chart and Human Design type, plus today's transits — the same personalized context as your forecasts.
- Can I stay on Free forever?
- Yes. Free includes daily chart-aware tarot, HD basics, one daily forecast area, lunar calendar, and 3 AI messages per day. Upgrade when you want all forecast areas, compatibility, or more deep spreads.
- What's the difference between Spark and Seeker?
- Spark unlocks all six daily forecast areas, weekly forecasts, full HD, and one deep spread per month. Seeker adds monthly forecasts, HD Energy of the Day, compatibility scoring, and about one deep spread per week.
- Do I need a paid plan for calculators?
- No. Human Design, birth chart, and compatibility calculators on the public site stay free — no account required.
- Can I pay with crypto?
- Yes. After you sign in, choose Crypto at checkout to pay via Heleket for the selected billing period.
- Are reports included in subscriptions?
- PDF reports are sold separately so you only pay when you want a keepsake document. Every tier can purchase any report.
- What if I don't know my exact birth time?
- Mark time as approximate during onboarding — we use noon as a fallback. Sun, Moon, and most Human Design data still work; Rising sign and some HD details may be limited until you add an exact time.
- Can I cancel anytime?
- Yes. Paid plans cancel at the end of the current billing period through the billing portal. No long-term contracts.
- If I downgrade, do I keep my chart?
- Yes. Your birth profile, saved readings, and chart history stay on your account. You keep Free-tier access to daily tarot and one forecast area; paid-only features pause until you upgrade again.
- How is my birth data protected?
- Birth data powers your chart and forecasts only — we don't sell it. See our Privacy Policy for retention, encryption, and deletion rights.
