SoulMetric has four plans. Free is $0 forever. Seeker is $5.99/mo ($57.99/yr yearly). Mystic is $12.99/mo ($124.99/yr yearly). Oracle is $24.99/mo ($239.99/yr yearly). Yearly billing saves 20% versus paying monthly.
Is SoulMetric free to use?
Yes. The Free plan stays free with no credit card required. You get one Today transit insight tab, your Human Design Type with a plain summary, card of the day, and 10 Luna messages per month. Upgrade only when you want full charts, deeper Match, or more AI conversations.
What is the difference between Seeker, Mystic, and Oracle?
Seeker ($5.99/mo) unlocks all three Today insight tabs, your full natal chart, HD AI readings, one three-card tarot spread per day, and 60 Luna messages. Mystic ($12.99/mo) adds AI daily paragraphs, HD transit overlay with center AI, tarot AI readings, 5 spreads per day, and 200 Luna messages on the Sonnet model. Oracle ($24.99/mo) is for power users: 1,500 Luna messages, weekly forecast, Discuss with Luna in Match, unlimited tarot spreads, and advanced Human Design sections.
Which SoulMetric plan should I choose?
Choose Free to explore your chart and daily card. Pick Seeker if you want full astrology and Human Design charts plus meaningful Match depth without heavy AI usage. Mystic is the best fit for daily AI guidance and regular Luna conversations. Choose Oracle if you talk to Luna often, want weekly forecasts, or need unlimited tarot and multiple match profiles.
How much do I save with yearly billing?
Yearly plans save 20% compared with 12 monthly payments — about 2.4 months free per year on Mystic. You can switch between monthly and yearly from Account → Subscription before your next renewal.
Can I cancel SoulMetric anytime?
Yes. Cancel or change your plan anytime from Account → Subscription. Paid access continues through the end of your current billing period. Your birth charts, saved readings, and Match profiles stay on your account.
Do I need a credit card to sign up?
No. Create a free account with email — no payment method required. You only enter card details when you choose a paid plan or Luna top-up.
How many Luna AI messages are included per plan?
Free includes 10 messages per month. Seeker includes 60. Mystic includes 200 on the Sonnet model. Oracle includes 1,500 under fair use. On paid plans, your quota resets each billing cycle when your subscription renews successfully; if renewal fails, your plan returns to Free limits. Free accounts reset on the 1st of each month in your timezone.
Can I gift a SoulMetric subscription?
Yes. On the Pricing page, open the Gift tab to send Seeker, Mystic, or Oracle for 3, 6, or 12 months. The recipient redeems a single code at soulmetric.app/redeem — no card needed on their side. Example: Mystic for 6 months starts at $59.99.
What payment methods does SoulMetric accept?
Subscriptions and gifts are processed securely through Stripe. Supported cards and local payment methods depend on your country and are shown at checkout.
What happens to my charts if I downgrade or cancel?
Your natal chart, saved tarot readings, and Match people remain on your account. Paid-only features (such as full chart AI layers or extra Luna messages) follow your current plan limits after the billing period ends.
Can I switch plans or billing intervals later?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade from Account → Subscription. Moving to a higher tier takes effect immediately; downgrades apply at the next renewal. Switch between monthly and yearly billing the same way.
