What is Human Design? A beginner's guide

The four pillars beginners learn first
Type describes your overall energy pattern — Generator, Manifesting Generator, Projector, Manifestor, or Reflector.
Strategy is how Type is meant to engage with life (for example, Generators "respond" rather than initiate).
Authority is your inner decision-making signal — emotional, sacral, splenic, and others.
Profile adds a personality layer (such as 4/6 or 1/3) describing how you learn and relate.
